As I am sitting here thinking about my work and personal life, I realize that my work has completely taken over everything I do. So after realizing this, I have decided to make a few changes in my life. No more sitting at the office after my work days done, no more hanging out with co-workers after work on a daily basis, and most importantly, no more bringing my work home with me. As my friend from Gatwick escorts would say, “If you keep bring your work home with you, you will be working 24 hours a day for the rest of your life.” I cannot help but agree with him on this. The only discussions I ever have with my wife is about work and I usually come home in a bad mood due to a mistake back at the office. So from now on when I get home, everything is about her. No more work stories or bickering about how unkind my boss is. It is now about long talks about our kids over a nice homemade dinner.
